Daniel CHENEY
Daniel was one of the defenders of Newbury against Indian attacks, rendering service in a blockhouse in 1704. He was also a member of "The second Foot Company of Newbury." Daniel confessed fornication with Hannah, Essex County Court of General Sessions September 27, 1698. He and Hannah each paid a fine of forty shillings.
