Benjamin TILSON
Benjamin Tilson, son of Nehemiah and Abigail (Morse) Tilson; b. Sept. 8, 1796; m. Sept. 22, 1822, Sybel White of Raynham, Massachusetts He and his family returned to the old homestead at Wrentham, Massachusetts, in 1843. In that year Holmes Tilson of Sidney, Maine, visited his brother, Nehemiah.

Joseph TILSON
He was a civil engineer. Assisted in the survey of the Boston and Providence R. R. and other railroads west. He taught school at Hingham, Massachusetts, from 1829 to 1832.
