Hi, Russ I love your sight. It helped fill in where I had gaps. We would be cousins but how many removed I'm not sure. My ancestory would be Mary Spooner, David Leroy, Jasper Clarance & Ada Spooner, Willis & Clara Spooner, James Garrison, Lyman, Charles, Amaziah, Samuel 1692, Samuel 1654 this is where we become related, William 1625, John 1594, James 1565. My father was Warran Amo after he died my mother than married Harvey (Dutch)Spooner he would be Walter Alton Spooner and Cora Gurnsey child. I guess that marring your relatives carried down. Bobette,
You and I are related thru Willis & Clara. After Willis died/was killed, Clara went on to marry Willis' brother, William. A few years back I passed on some of our family tree info to Russ. Haven't been doing much with the family history of late, but am getting the "bug" again. Glad to know there are more Iowa Spooners researching!

Margo, Nice to hear from you. My Aunt Beverly Spooner Rooff has filled me in on many of the relatives. Here memory is great for how old she is and when my grandmother Francis Spooner died she left alot of pictures. We have been tring to put names on them. Talk Soon Bobette
