I am trying to compile information on the descendants of Francis Herbert Spooner, who was born in 1861 in Canada and who settled in Battle Creek, Michigan in the 1880s. He married Flora Belle Vansyckle. Their six children were Ethyl (who married and settled in Yuma, AZ), Pearl (who married a John Lee of Detroit), LaVerne (who, I believe settled in Columbus, OH and later retired in Puerto Rico), Winifred (who married James Bullock and settled in Marquette, MI), Cedric (who I believe worked for Michigan Bell in Detroit), and my father, David Freeland Spooner (deceased in 2001), who worked for Ford Motor Co. in Cincinnati.
