I get it from my dad, who's father was a spooner (Gordon Spooner). My family however is from Trinidad & Tobago, and also from Barbados. I have heard from my father that we also have Scottish blood running through our veins, but am uncertain who we get it from. My dads name is Grafton Spooner and he has two brothers, Kent and Keith Spooner. I'd be cool to make some sort of long lost connection(s) with another tribe of Spooners somewhere.
