Hello brother Spooner,
Parusing through the Spooner files I uncovered your info. Could be close relatves. 9 times removed William Spooner arrived from England via Germany to the new country to settle in Connetticut 1622. Did you know our name Spooner was derived from silver smiths who by trade invented the spoon. Its not known which came first the Spooner name or spoon. They got the heck out of England due to the crewillity of the King and his court. Fleeing to Germany. Of course all informatuion is suspect to its authenticity.
